Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between Mintverse ('the Company') and users regarding the use of our web-based token creation platform.
2. Nature of Service
Mintverse provides tools for users to create and deploy personal blockchain tokens (such as ERC20). The platform does not provide investment advice or act as a financial intermediary.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content and purpose of any tokens they create. The service may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if deployment fails after payment. Once a blockchain transaction is executed, it cannot be reversed under any circumstance.
5. Prohibited Actions
Users may not (1) access another wallet without authorization, (2) modify or decompile the service, or (3) overload or disrupt company servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the platform’s design, code, trademarks, and branding belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce or modify these without explicit consent.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Company is not responsible for losses caused by blockchain network errors, gas price fluctuations, or wallet connection failures. All transactions are at the user’s own risk.
8. Modification or Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, in part or in whole, with prior notice to users when possible.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Updated Terms will take effect upon publication on the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court.
